Vertical Basket Bottom Discharge Centrifuge

Vertical basket bottom discharge centrifuge can be used for separation of granular suspension solids from liquid phase. Besides, the centrifuge is also suitable for separation of fibrous solids from liquid, especially for materials with high viscosity and fine granularity. This vertical basket bottom discharge centrifuge has been equipped with explosion-proof electrical device and can meet the needs of separation of toxic and flammable materials.

We can provide bottom discharge centrifuge with a maximum basket diameter of 1600mm, the centrifuge has a volume of 790 L and can load more than 1000kg materials. • Vertical scraper centrifuge discharges materials from the bottom and can filter and discharge dregs automatically.
• The top cover of vertical automatic discharge centrifuge can be fully opened, which assures it easy to clean.
• The centrifuge is equipped with PLC programs, AC variable speed drive and safety device to achieve automatic operation safely.
• Our vertical basket centrifuge can complete feeding, filtering, washing and discharging processes in the basket. For achieving explosion-proof during high-speed centrifugation, the basket is protected by means of nitrogen inertisation. Besides, oxygen content measuring device is also available on the basis of user requirements.
• Our industrial basket centrifuges are equipped with Clean-In-Place (CIP) system to ensure the cleaning results conforms to GMP standards.
• The auxiliary scraper can be optionally installed to prevent materials from adhering to the inner wall of the basket, which can ensure no residual filter cake be adhered to the wall after discharging.
• In order to ensure a more stable working state of the centrifuge, the equipment is equipped with inertia plate and high-precision vibration dampers to absorb vibration generated when working, which can greatly reduce the vibration interference to the ground and surrounding environment.
